As an International Tax and Transfer Pricing Graduate at RSM, you will have the opportunity to develop the ability to apply fundamental tax skills, understand tax plans, prepare financial statements, develop a working knowledge of the fundamental electronic taxation tools, and much more! 

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Advice 
• Transfer pricing and tax value chain reporting and advice 
• Manage foreign tax compliance for Australian clients 
• Interpretation of treaties, legislation and other international agreements 
• Work with software tools such as Alteryx and AI products to enhance data processing and decision-making 
• Assist team members with deliverables by conducting research, managing client information, using software to analyse data, and preparing it for ATO lodgement 
• Engage with international RSM affiliates, fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange across global teams 
• Research into Tax reform and continued learning into the sector 

About You: 

• You are currently studying towards or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce with an Economics or Finance major 
• Have exposure in accounting, tax and law through studies 
• A strong desire to pursue further formal studies to advance both personal growth and career development 
• Integrity is one of your core values, and you hold yourself and those you work with to a high standard of professionalism and mutual respect 
• You are able to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues 
• You are a self-starter and a team player, and you can bring your unique skills and ideas to the table
