We are offering an opportunity for a graduate to join RBA’s Finance team and would love to hear from candidates with strong analytical and inter-personal skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and a passion to contribute.

The graduate program experience offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience across a number of teams. Finance partners Leaders to deliver the Bank’s strategic priorities, is responsible for the Bank's financial statements and taxation reporting obligations, prepares the Bank's budget, oversees the Bank’s procurement activities and provides a range of support services, including corporate payments, payroll and travel. We will offer multiple rotations across Finance collaborating with stakeholders - and colleagues across numerous Finance and business disciplines.
Finance offers a supportive environment with coaching and extensive development opportunities – both with other Bank graduates as part of the graduate program, and tailored arrangements within Finance.
