How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
My preference is 2 days in the office, 3 working from home. Currently it is a 3 days in the office and 2 days wfh mandated. They are fairly rigid, but this also varies team to team

3 days a week in office

38 hours a week averaged out over 2 weeks. Company is quite flexible with hours worked with plenty of staff coming in later and leaving earlier and vice versa. I generally do the regular 9-5 hours though. The only thing that isn't flexible is that Tuesdays and Wednesdays in office are required for networks (although plenty of people ignore this).

I choose to work 8.30-4.45 but it is very flexible if you have commitment such as childcare etc.

It comes down to a team by team basis, but typically very flexible.

One of the things I love about Optus is the flexibility of work hours and location. If needed I can be at home and still get my work done.

Standard 9-5 isn't required, I am able to come in early so that I can leave early if required. If I have a busy week and need to put in extra hours, I can feel more comfortable finishing early or scheduling more 1 on 1's for networking purposes on a quiet week.

3 days on site, 2 days remote. Hours are flexible, so if I have an appointment I need to work around this is no issue. Some people come in earlier and leave earlier. Some work from home half the day. Very flexible for parents doing school drop offs I like working in the office all 5 days which is supported, and often come in earlier and leave slightly earlier to make my public transport It is a very supportive and flexible environment which increases productivity

Usually great work hours, 9am - 5pm but can be flexible with your direct manager. Recommended to come in 3 days but generally 2-3 days a week is enough in the office with the rest of the week, able to work from home (saving yourself the transit).

Optus is quite flexible, I am able to start earlier and leave earlier if I wish and start later and leave later if I wish.

My company is fairly flexible with work hours, however it is most beneficial to work during the traditional 9-5 time slot.

The company is extremely flexible with hours allowing WFH capabilities with each department nominating 2 days WFH and 3 days in office. With the WFH option available (not just on the designated days) it means I have a lot of flexibility.

Flexibility depends on team, preference is 2 days a week but the company is pushing for 3 days a week due to a GCEO who thinks we should go back to 5 days a week as the norm.

Generally, day-to-day Optus is extremely good with work life balance majority of the time (9-5pm) and most managers will provide time in lieu if necessary. So you never find yourself overworking too often, or not for long. We have 3 days a week in the office and the option to WFH the other two.

The company is generally quite flexible with hours. There are plenty of flexible working arrangements, and I believe we have a world class BWOW policy. It isn't uncommon for leaders to allow employees to leave a bit earlier, or start a bit later to account for personal issues.

Quite good, if appointments are required, its easy to work flexibly and additionally working from home is allowed for these cases, usually 3 days in the office otherwise.

The company is flexible with hours and days and my Managers reflect this in how they demonstrate BWoW and their understanding if something comes up. I like that in my current role, the hours are flexible and I can come in early/leave earlier if needed.
