At Maddocks, they offer the following benefits to their employees.
Flexible working practices have long been a part of their culture. They recognise that work is what people do, not a place where you go. As an employee, you will have access to market-leading working and parental leave arrangements. They allow work in a hybrid way with part of your week in the office and support to set up your home office.
At Maddocks, the firm's commitment to diversity and equality shapes its inclusive workplace culture, fostering an environment where every individual can thrive. Led by the firm's Board and partners, inclusion networks such as Maddocks Gender Equality, Pride, and CALD advocate for meaningful change, share lived experiences, and promote allyship, driving the advancement of the firm's inclusion strategy.
