About the Internship

Immerse yourself into the business with induction and a buddy from the Management Trainee program
Fast track your way into the L'Oréal Management Trainee (Graduate) Program 2023
6-months part time, for 2-3 days a week – flexible around your University schedule
Experience what it is like to work in the emerging field of ecommerce, digital marketing and data analytics
Exposure to the corporate environment, real business projects and workplace culture of L'Oréal
Be surrounded and mentored by current graduates and senior experts with opportunities to network
Opportunities to work across different departments and be paid for your valuable contribution

About you

We are looking for passionate, entrepreneurial and innovative interns to help create the future of Beauty. You will be exposed to real world projects, opportunities to forge your own path and develop key skills that will assist you throughout your future. Curiosity and an entrepreneurial spirit are vital for you to succeed in the internship role.

Must have –

  • Be a penultimate (2nd last year) Undergraduate student
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Ambition and the ability to collaborate with diverse and like-minded individuals!
  • An open mindset, willing to embrace risks, accepts failures and support growth!
  • Strong focus on consumers and the desire to go beyond!
  • Must be an Australian Permanent Resident or an Australian/NZ Citizen to apply. Students who do not have these working rights will not be considered.
