Managers are very accessible and always reluctant to help and answer any queries or resolve any issues you are facing. They can be reached easily via emails, teams, or even a phone call. Managers usually look to setup one-one meetings weekly or fortnightly to talk about upcoming/completed works, answer queries, provide feedback, etc... Managers utilise a in house tool called Bravo which provides additional financial remuneration when the see work/performance which is exceptional and noteworthy of praise.

I have 2 managers above me. My direct manager is very supportive, but my manager's manager is very quite person and very focused on her tasks. Less Communitions and interaction and less smile. I fell stress working with her directly.

My manager organises weekly sessions with me. In these sessions, we discuss recent work, issues and concerns very candidly and openly. I think it's also due to the fact that she's a people person, so it makes it easy to build rapport and connect with her. She's always willing to provide feedback and advice on whatever topic I'm interested in.
