About the Role

As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you will be working with Marketing communications manager and the channel team to develop and complete solution and pricing proposals to customers across all PPE portfolios. Working closely with other Sales team members (Regional Sales Managers), this role will ensure customer requests are managed and dealt with in a timely and responsive manner.

Day-to-day performance shall be in 100% compliance with Sales process, ensure SFDC (CRM Tool) and other relevant systems are kept up-to-date.  In addition, this role will work closely with the Pacific Projects Leader and the Service team in supporting the ANZ Sales team achieving their objectives.

You can also make a difference in vital areas of our society such as education, the industrial sector, healthcare and government sectors.  At the forefront of the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Honeywell impacts on our lives with controls for air conditioning equipment and controls; security management systems, life safety and fire alarm systems, industrial controls, energy management; and general building management systems and services.  The HBS teams install, maintains and upgrades systems that enable our customers to become more competitive through improved building and process performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM updates related to marketing campaigns and ROI reporting
  • Website management
  • Assisting with the production of creative marketing copy and digital marketing material.
  • Carrying out competitor and pricing analysis
  • Updating pricelists
  • Conducting Marketing Research on products, market size, and potential
  • Complete Research on opportunities to understand key stakeholder mapping, understanding customer business and operational issues and through this develop customer specific unique value proposition
  • Prepare reports and documentation in order to conduct ongoing customer reviews (Account Reviews, Impact Reviews and eCAP reviews)
  • Assist in building Build New Customer relationships
  • Work with management team to minimize and close out customer issues

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • Is in 3rd or 4th year of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications or related field Business
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a customer driven functional sales environment
  • Customer focused and problem-solving skills

This role will require you to communicate with variety of project stakeholders and thus you must be able to clearly communicate your thoughts.
