By working as a graduate customer marketing specialist in the PPE business, you will drive and manage regional end-to-end integrated marketing programs & plans for Channel Partner & Enablement, Demand-Generation, Marketing Communications, Online/F2F Events, Digital initiatives etc, developing & executing comprehensive end-to-end Country Marketing programs of assigned countries, supporting the business growth.

This is an excellent opportunity to work externally with customers, and channel partners and internally with a team recognized for leadership, innovation, and diversity. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Social, Web, Digital & E-commerce Marketing: Develop comprehensive and ROI-maximizing web & digital marketing programs & strategies.
  • Manage the contents/campaigns calendar so that partners can leverage the centralized contents for ease of marketing. Also, develop e-news for channel partners and customers.
  • Webinars & Events: Working closely with the Sales team to manage Honeywell’s attendance at any online & F2F events in the region to maximise ROI and establish our brand in the region.
  • Brand: Market the brand idea, visual identity & tone within all marketing initiatives and be a trusted & respected brand ambassador and guardian.
  • Channel Partner Marketing: Plan, develop & execute integrated go-to-market plans, including monthly/quarterly/yearly channel sell-in, sell-through and sell-out reward & loyalty programs, end-user demand generation programs, and other channel marketing activities.
  • Design and roll out partner surveys across APAC on a half-yearly basis to measure the channel pulse and lead the regional efforts to improve partner satisfaction towards Honeywell marketing.
  • Able to develop a strategic quarterly or ongoing business review framework for our sales and channel partners, prepare the business review data and lead meaningful, goals-focused, results-driven, forward-planning discussions with sales and channel partners.
  • End-to-end Field Country Marketing: Responsible to drive overall integrated end-to-end marketing initiatives & programs for assigned countries, supporting country revenue growth plan.
  • Manage, brief and direct multiple marketing agencies to develop programs, track results & reporting, manage agencies’ costings and maximise marketing spend ROI.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaigns, and programs performance, conduct post-program evaluation through tracking & research and proactively make recommendations on changes to strategy and plans
  • Maintain the administration of ANZ budget ensuring in line with forecasts including maintenance of budget excels and management of payments

Key Experience & Capabilities: 

  • Relevant Undergraduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines completed in the 2 years preceding the start date for the Graduate role, February 2024
  • Excellent team player with dedication and maturity to work independently
  • Excellent communication, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Familiar with CRM e.g. Marketo, PRM tools and SFDC
  • Results & data-driven and proven ability to display strong creative skills
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Strong excel knowledge with the ability to deal with financial numbers, and communication & presentation skills
  • Be available for travel, both locally and interstate
