Graduate R&D Engineer – Xtralis

Key Responsibilities:

The Graduate Engineer, as part and R&D team, is responsible for the entire product development lifecycle from requirements through to systems engineering, mechanical & electronics design and to successful transition to manufacturing through the most efficient means possible to target on quality, functionality, performance, cost and schedule. The role may also include some software development. The responsibility includes adherence to and improvement of R&D processes and systems to meet regulatory requirements during product introduction and ongoing compliance. This includes interaction across the entire organisation, particularly for the resolution of risks & any issues that may arise.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • Qualifications:
    • Relevant Undergraduate in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics) with interest in product development completed in the 2 years preceding the start date for the Graduate role, February 2022.
  • Desirable:
    • 3 months' work experience
