We also get a social allowance per month, so far we have gone to the ballroom (pool tables) and have pizza after work, had a breakfast before work and our next month we are getting fish chips and going to play volley at the beach. At the end of year there is a 'summit' where all frequency staff do a 3 day, 2 night trip somewhere in NZ
