How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
Very flexible. No expectations of billables as a graduate, and I am able to work flexibly including heading home from the office if I need to work late at night

I probably average 9 hours a day. Flexibility varies from team-to-team.

The workplace is extremely flexible when it comes to working hours. This includes being able to work from home and being able to work from home for part of the day. If I do need to work later than normal, I can go home and finish work there, rather than staying late in the office. I feel as though I am trusted to complete my work and have the opportunity to do that in a way that suits me, rather than being forced to adhere to the schedule of my supervisors.

Flexible working arrangements which allows you to break up the week with a work load manageable to the hours you anticipate to do in any given week.

Flexibility is extremely team-dependent. I have been lucky enough to work in teams that accommodate flexible working arrangements.

40-45 hours a week. Highly flexible in my own experience, just need to communicate them.

There is not significant flexibility in a top tier law firm model. However, they do emphasise not working just for the sake of working, and carefully manage our capacity.
Graduate, Brisbane
Relatively flexible, however hours can be longer and expected to be available sometimes later at night.

Our hours are fairly flexible, but sometimes you will have to work late on a weekend or after hours, to complete a task. That said, there's no culture where you always have to be in the office.
