As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, the intention is there, but we lack the representation.

Firm provides generous maternity and equal paternity leave. There are groups within the firm that schedule events promoting diversity.

It is encouraging to see so many women at partner level in the firm. I think more could be done on cultural and ethnic diversity, however. I also think we could do more for the LGBTIQA+ community - e.g. Mardi Gras events, Wear it Purple Day etc.
